“Bob and Vicki were terrific, really good natured, calm and wonderful with the animals (which had value in its own right for the kids to observe), and very good with the kids. I've never seen these kids more raptly attentive. Their hands went up for all the questions. They overcame all sorts of different shyness's about people and pets, like the little girl who is terrified of our cat but proudly held up her part of the boa constrictor.
